Wisdom - The Master Builder

Wisdom - The Master Builder

Wisdom has built her house.  Go and see what wisdom put in her house, take the blueprint and go and do like wise.

The word wisdom is means, wise-domain (wis-dom) like the word kingdom (kings-domain).  Wisdom  will rule your life if you allow it to.  Wisdom comes from God and Him alone, true wisdom that is.  He is the only source of true wisdom. The world has its own wisdom but it will fail.  God's wisdom never fails because it is based on His love for us. and His love never fails us.

God chose Solomon to reveal some of His wisdom to us in the book of Proverbs.  When reading the book of Proverbs it is important to understand that Solomon was the richest and most wise man that had ever lived at the time of His writings.  It was Solomon's wisdom that caused people to come to him and give to him out of their substance.  The word substance means wealth and riches.  People came from far off to see what made Solomon so rich.  They found it to be his wisdom.  Wisdom holds in her hand  wealth and riches.  Psalm 112: 3 says that wealth and riches shall be in the house of a wise man, the man who greatly fears the Lord.

Jesus said however, there is a greater than Solomon here and he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater that Solomon.  He was referring to Himself and His body.  The scripture tells us that Jesus' wisdom was more than the people could handle.  He was all of God's wisdom manifest in one man.  When Jesus was only twelve years old the elder teachers of the law were astonished at His wisdom.

In these days God is going to pour out His wisdom on the Body of Christ like never before.  The world will be astonished at our wisdom.  It will draw people to us at a much greater rate than it did to Solomon in his day and they are coming with their substance in their hand.  The end result of wisdom is always riches and wealth.  It is impossible to be a wise man and not have wealth at some point in life.

Wisdom generates wealth.  The reason that God is pouring out his wisdom on the Body of Christ is to generate wealth so that the gospel of Christ can be preached at a much more rapid rate than ever before.  We are living in the days of Amos 9:13 were the plowman will over take the reapers.

There will be those that will not receive God's wisdom for wealth and riches and will not be apart of it, but there are those who will receive and apply God's wisdom and obtain greater riches than ever seen before in the earth.  God does not choose who He will use.  He will use anyone that will do what the scripture says concerning wisdom. You must seek it more that fine silver and  fine gold. Those that seek it, will find it.   It shall be revealed.  Solomon said in his writings of Proverbs that wisdom cries in the streets, turn in here.  It cries at the gates, turn in here.  It cries at the doors, turn in here. (Proverbs Chapter 8)  Wisdom greatly desires to reveal herself to you.

We are told to seek the wisdom early. Why?  Because wisdom is a process and the wealth is a process that takes time to manifest.  A young man that seeks God's wisdom will be full of His wisdom and riches in his latter days.

Proverbs 8:17, I (wisdom) love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

The greatest trick of Satan, is to get man to trust in his own wisdom and  to obtain things through the world's  system.  The world's system is designed to fail.  It leads men  on with false hope, but it is a trap that will cause him not to fulfill all of his days.  There is a way that seems right to a man but the end of that way is death.  Godly wisdom will avoid this trap.

Proverbs 9:1 states, Wisdom hath builded her house, she hath hewn out her seven pillars.

1.  Hospitality

Wisdom opens the door for truth to come and sup with us.  Jesus said in Revelation 3:20, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me."

John 14:23, Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Proverbs 8:1-6 states, Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?  She standeth in the top of high places, by the way in the places of the paths. She crieth at the gates, at the entry of the city, at the coming in at the doors. Unto you, O men, I call; and my voice is to the sons of man. O ye simple, understand wisdom: and, ye fools, be ye of an understanding heart. Hear; for I will speak of excellent things; and the opening of my lips shall be right things.

Proverbs 9:2 states that wisdom has furnished her table.  Proverbs 9:4-5 statesWhoso is simple, let him turn in hither: as for him that wanteth understanding, she saith to him, Come, eat of my bread, and drink of the wine which I have mingled.

John 14:21,  He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

As we sup with the Lord in fellowship as His disciples did, He will reveal His ways to us that we may prosper in every area of life. When we take communion we should receive the wisdom that God has provided for us.  The word says in I Corinthians 1:30 that Christ is made unto us wisdom.

Our confession should be, Wisdom I know who you  are, you were with the Father in the beginning when he created the heavens and the earth, I know who you are wisdom, you are the principal thing, I exhalt and embrace  you wisdom, you have riches and honor in your hand and bring me promotion.  Come to me  now wisdom, I receive you as mine.  Make me wise and bring me wealth and riches for the kingdom of God's sake.

Cause favor to come to my house and the houses of my children.  Satisfy me and my family with long life full of good days and health.  Cause me and my family to discern the difference between good and evil that we may choose good and live.

Oh yes, I know who you are wisdom, you fill my treasures with substance and lead me in  the ways of pleasantness and peace.  I know who your are wisdom, you are daily with the Father and are His delight.  Wisdom you are my gift from God that speaks of right and excellent things.  I receive you and walk in you from this day forward.  Thank you Father for wisdom.

2. Humility

Proverbs 15:33, The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.

Proverbs 18:12, Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour is humility.

Proverbs 22:4, By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches, and honour, and life.

1Peter 5:5 Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

Before God will give us His true riches and wealth he must take us through a training program to prove us to see if we will obey him or not if he gives us  the riches and wealth that he has for us.  He wants to know what we are going to to with them.  Are we going to blow them  on ourselves and foolish things or are we going to use the wealth and riches for His purpose.

A wise man will understand that when God says to tithe and give offerings with what he has now, it is a test to see what will be done with the true riches and wealth that he has planned for us.

Without humility NO man will see God's true riches and wealth.  The scripture says that he resists the proud.  He will not give them to a proud man or woman.

James 4:6 states,  But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

The wealth and riches are in His grace.  God is not against people having wealth.  He is against the proud having wealth because it will destory them.  A humble man can handle wealth because he fears the Lord and His work.  The riches and wealth will be used correctly.

If God gave  people that had not renewed their mind to His wealth and riches, but still had a poverty mindset, they would be broke again in a short time. They do not know how to handle wealth.

In the kingdom of God, what you hold on to will flee away as an egale but what you cast to the wind will come back to you bringing its reward.    A wise man understands that the whole kingdom of God operates on the law of sowing and reaping.

3. Hate All Evil

A man must hate evil or he will spend his substance on it.  God cannot bless that type of lifestyle.  God locates  a man by what he spends his money on.  How man spends his money determines who he loves.  Does he love himself more that God or does he bring the tithe to God proving that he loves God more that himself?  The word says that it is evil to know to do good and not to do it.

James 4:17, Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

Proverbs 8:13, The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

Proverbs 9:10, The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

1Thessalonians 5:22, Abstain from all appearance of evil.

I John 2: 15, "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world."

A wise man will not hook up with the world and the lusts thereof. He will keep himself in God's channel of blessing.  God cannot bless evil.  He forgives evil but He does not bless it.

4. Honesty

Honesty is the key to promotion in God and with man.  According to the scripture below honesty and wisdom go hand in hand.  A wise man is always honest.   We need to be honest with ourselves before God and not lie to ourselves against the truth of His word.  A wise man  will do what it takes to get  his actions and confessions in line with God's ways and His word.

Isaiah 55: 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

God is looking for honest people to  promote in His Kingdom work.  Act 6:3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.

Proverbs, 11:1 A false balance is abomination to the LORD: but a just weight is his delight.

When we are honest with ourselves our actions will always be honest before others.  This is the man or woman whom God can promote and trust with His riches.

5.  Honor

How do we honor someone?  We give the something.  The greater the gift, the greater the honor.  God honored us by giving us the most priceless gift of all.  He gave us Jesus.  He proved to us that he holds us in very high esteem by giving us the gift of His son.

When we honor God, we must bring Him the tithe and offerings and our service to Him.  The more of ourselves and substance we give him the more honor we bring him.  Wisdom understands this.

Wisdom honors God with the honor due His name and He is always pleased.  Not to honor God is to dispise His name.  The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Being willing and obedient brings God honor.  We must be willing to obey Him with out question. When we do this, we shall eat the good of the land. (Isaiah 1:19) Honoring God always releases the blessing of increase in our lives to prosper us.   Wisdom always avoids  bad harvests.

Proverbs 3:9-10 states, Honour the LORD with thy substance ( wealth), and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

Malachi 1:6 states, A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I  be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith the LORD of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?

If we fail to honor God by not bringing Him our very best we pollute His name and find  ourselves not accepted by Him.  The Bible says that it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.  God is not mocked for whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap.

Malachi 1:7-8 states, Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of the LORD is contemptible. And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith the LORD of hosts.

Proverbs 15:33, The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility.

Proverbs 8:18 Riches and honour are with me (wisdom); yea, durable riches and righteousness.

Proverbs 3:16 Length of days is in her (wisdom) right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.

Proverbs 4:8 Exalt her (wisdom), and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.

We cannot honor ourselves.  Honor must come from someone else.  Wisdom will bring  us honor  as we obey God's word.  How do we know when God manifests honor in our live?.  His wealth and riches begin to show up at our house.   He is giving us something,  His true riches,  the unsearchable riches of Christ.

6. Health

It is impossible to walk in divine health and evil ways with an evil tongue at the same time. A wise man shall live long on the earth and see good days.  Wisdom knows that in the tongue lies the power of death and life.  His tongue  speaks only words of life.

1Pe 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

Proverbs 3:7-8, Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.

Proverbs 4:20-22, My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

Pr 12:18 There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health.

Pr 13:17 A wicked messenger falleth into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health

Pr 16:24 Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.

Isa 50:4 The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.

Proverbs 9:11, For by me (wisdom) thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.

7. Harvest

Wisdom knows what and when  to harvest.  If the harvest is not reaped in due season it will waste away in the fields. Wisdom knows the times and seasons to take actions that bring wealth.  Wisdom knows that what soever a man sows the same thing  shall he also reap.  There are only two choices of seeds to sow:  Good Seeds or Evil Seeds.

Jesus said in John 4:35, Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

Proverbs 6:6-8 states,  Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.

Ecc. 3:2 tells us that there is a time to plant and a time to pluck up that which is planted.  Wisdom knows these times.

Ec 8:5 Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man’s heart discerneth both time and judgment.  Wisdom knows the times and what to do in those times.  Wisdom is always in the right place at the right time to bring in the harvest that God has provided.

We must expect a harvest.  Why sow the seed if you do not expect that seed to produce a crop.  Can you imagine a farmer sowing his fields full of seeds and then going away and forgetting what he sowed.  Never!  That farmer is going to see his seed through to a bountiful harvest.  He is going to keep the weeds, insects and birds away from his livelyhood. A wise man will protect his seed and make sure he sees his harvest through patience.

Wisdom knows when to speak and when to be quiet concerning the harvesting of souls.

Isaiah 50:4 The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned.

In conclusion, The quickest way to get God's wealth and riches to manifest in your life is to get involved with His harvest.  The more you get involved the more  His abundant riches will be manifested to you.  You must first  build your house with these seven pillars of wisdom.  Once you have built your house God's way, He will fill it with His wealth and riches.
